Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.


Delivery is considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. SILLY ONEISE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.





Returns & Replacements (30-Day Policy)



SILLY ONESIE offers returns or replacements within 30 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return or replacement:


  • The item must be unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging



We reserve the right to deny any return or replacement that does not meet these conditions.


Customers must contact SILLY ONESIE before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.





Non-Returnable Items



Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.





Refunds



Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.





Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks may be disputed using all available evidence, including proof of delivery, tracking information, and order confirmation details.SILLY ONEISE reserves the right to restrict future purchases from customers who abuse the chargeback process.
